Dr. Gene Khavkin, MD
Yevgeniy Khavkin grew up in Moscow, Russia. He followed in the footsteps of his mother who was a pediatric surgeon. As a well known expert in the treatment of spine disorders nationally and internationally,he has been involved in educating spine surgeons globally for over 15 years.
Ippei Takagi, MD
Ippei Takagi, MD is a neurosurgeon and a fellowship-trained spine surgeon. Dr Takagi received his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago and completed residency training in Neurological Surgery at University of Chicago.
Jeannie Khavkin, MD
Dr. Jeannie Khavkin is a board certified and fellowship-trained surgeon specializing in plastic surgery of the face. She combines extensive training with her innate sense of aesthetics to help her patients achieve their overall aesthetic goals.
Terrance J. Kwiatkowski, MD
Terrance J. Kwiatkowski, MD is a fellowship trained Neurologist/Skull Base Surgeon, a highly trained Rhinologist, and a board certified Otorhinolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon. Dr Kwiatkowski is versed in all aspects of ENT and is comfortable with all ages and complexities of patients.
Albert Khavkin, DO
Dr. Khavkin has been providing anesthesia for most of our patients. He carefully evaluates all the preoperative studies to determine the safety of a given surgical procedure. He is always available for any questions regarding the anesthesia part of the surgery.
Sherif Al-Hawarey, MD
Sherif Al-Hawarey, MD is a Board Certified Pain Management Physician as well as Board Certified Neurologist who has been practicing for 21-years. He received his Medical Degree from Cairo University and completed his residency training at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. He also served as Chief Neurology Resident.

Kimbrelle Pascua, APN
Kimbrelle is a board certified nurse practitioner with 5 years of experience in direct patient care. She is focused on providing quality patient care and maintaining open lines of communication with the patients and the healthcare team.
Eva Demeter, PA-C, DO
Eva Demeter is recent graduate of the physician assistant studies program at Touro University where she excelled and was one of the top students in her graduating class. She was able to gain a vast amount of experience completing clinical rotations, with her final rotation be under the supervision of Dr. Yevgeniy Khavkin for neurosurgery and spine surgery here at the Khavkin Clinic.
Hayley Washinsky, PA-C
Hayley Washinsky is recent graduate of the physician assistant studies program at Touro University where she excelled and gain a vast amount of experience completing clinical rotations in facial plastics, cardio-thoracic surgery, family medicine and wellness as well as a clinical rotation with our own board certified ear, nose and throat physician, Dr. Marc Kayem.
